This small, psychodynamically-oriented therapy group is based on the University of Alberta Day Treatment Program model. It is designed to help participants recognize recurring relationship patterns and strengthen their capacity for meaningful connection with others.
When: Thursdays, February 12 – April 30, 2026
Time: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Cost: $1500 per participant (12-week program)
